If your camera is experiencing live streaming issues, you can try the following steps:
- Reboot from the Cam Player: When the live stream is down, press the “Reboot” function directly in the cam player.
- Reboot via Settings: Alternatively, click the gear icon in the bottom right of the camera player and select the “Reboot Camera” button.

If this is happening constantly, please run a WiFi or network test from the camera's location to make sure your upload speeds are adequate. If your upload speed is below 30 Mbps, connectivity issues are likely.
