Download the CamerEye App:

Create an account and log in! You’ll need to provide:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Password
Set up a Household Profile
Home Page
Once you've completed account creation and household setup, you’ll be directed to the home page.
In V2 systems, the Hub and Camera are integrated, so there’s no need for a separate Hub.
Step 1
- Click Add Device
- Select Get Started
- Plug in the camera. The app will prompt you to choose your power source:
- Wall Adapter: Proceed to Step 2 and the WiFi setup process.
- PoE (Power over Ethernet): Skips ahead to Step 3.
Step 2
The CE app will use Bluetooth to scan for nearby cameras in this step. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on, as the camera won’t be added to your account without it! The app will also request access to local networks—be sure to click Allow or Join when prompted.
Once the camera is found, please follow the instructions to add the device and go ahead and start the internet connection setup.
Note: If you’ve selected PoE (Power over Ethernet), Bluetooth isn’t required. You can simply click Add Device to continue.
Step 3
Step 3 varies depending on the power source you've chosen. At the beginning of this step, the app will confirm your selected power source, and then you’ll receive the corresponding setup screens.
WiFi Connection
Once the camera is added via Bluetooth, choose your network name and enter the password from the list, then select Continue. The CE app will connect your camera to the selected network.
PoE (Power-over-Ethernet)
After selecting Add Device in Step 2, you can connect the camera to the network via Ethernet. Once the camera is connected, the app will skip ahead and prompt you to begin the Physical Installation.
